THE HUNT
Here at Plihal's Frank Lake Guiding and Outfitting, it is not just about the quantity or quality of bears; it is our meticulous attention to detail that sets us apart from the rest.
The beautiful Northern Alberta landscape that we call home hosts a diverse range of coloured bears, including blonde, cinnamon, brown, chocolate, albino, and black. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients don't receive just "another" bear; they get "their" bear.
Once you've experienced our hunts, you'll keep coming back for more. Don't just take our word for it. Ask for references!
Black Bear hunts are $5,500 USD plus $500 for licenses.
Hunters are able to harvest two bears per hunt.
In 2004 & 2005, we received two Provincial Championships for the largest bear in Pope and Young and Boone and Crocket Division at the annual Alberta Professional Outfitters trophy competition.
